This role is ideal for a teacher who thrives in a highly personalised environment where relationship-building, emotional regulation and individualised learning are at the heart of the curriculum. Pupils are academically able to access elements of a semi-formal or formal curriculum but often require significant support to manage anxiety, confidence and school engagement. ECTs are welcome to apply. You will teach a small class of pupils who benefit from a highly nurturing, structured and personalised approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering learning that builds confidence and encourages pupils to re-engage positively with education.
