SEN Teacher - Specialist Autism Provision Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only Pay: Up to 240 per day (dependent on experience) Aspire People is recruiting an experienced SEN Teacher to work within a specialist provision supporting pupils with autism, anxiety-related needs and barriers to accessing traditional classroom learning. This role is ideal for a teacher who thrives in a highly personalised environment where relationship-building, emotional regulation and individualised learning are at the heart of the curriculum. Pupils are academically able to access elements of a semi-formal or formal curriculum but often require significant support to manage anxiety, confidence and school engagement. ECTs are welcome to apply. You will teach a small class of pupils who benefit from a highly nurturing, structured and personalised approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering learning that builds confidence and encourages pupils to re-engage positively with education. Many learners will require support with emotional regulation, self-esteem, social interaction and confidence-building alongside their academic development.
