This role is focused on providing a safe and structured learning environment for a small group of children with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, Trauma, and challenging behaviours.The Role:Start Date: February 2026 (Long-term commitment required).Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.Focus: Leading a small unit/nurture group. You will be responsible for designing and delivering a modified curriculum that prioritizes emotional regulation alongside academic progress.Environment: A small, specialised classroom within a mainstream school, allowing for intensive support with the resources of a larger primary setting.Interviews: Taking place immediately.The school is Looking For:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Proven experience working with SEMH, Trauma, and Attachment Disorders.Strong behaviour management skills with a focus on de-escalation and positive reinforcement.A trauma-informed approach to education and a high level of emotional resilience.Ability to work collaboratively with TAs, SENCOs, and external therapists.Why Apply?Competitive daily ..... full job details .....
