This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, ensuring they receive the personalised, high-quality learning experience they deserve.You will work closely with the school''s leadership team, SENCO, support staff and families to deliver inclusive, engaging, and effective teaching across the KS1 and/or KS2 age range. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual SEN pupils needs.Create a supportive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environmentWork collaboratively with teaching assistants and external specialistsDevelop and implement EHCP targets and personalised learning plansMonitor progress and maintain accurate pupil recordsCommunicate effectively with parents, carers and multi-agency professionals Qualifications and Experience Needed ?
