The Role As an SEN Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.Teach across a range of age groups, adapting lessons to suit varying developmental stages.Differentiate learning effectively, using a range of strategies and resources to ensure accessibility for all.Create a safe, structured, and stimulating classroom environment.Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and specialist staff to deliver a holistic learning experience.Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching plans as needs evolve.Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed and involved in their child''s development.
