      <description>Location: Rugby | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Temporary | Location : Rugby, Warwickshire  Salary : MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)  Contract : Full-Time, Term Time Only  Start Date : September 2026   Hays Education are working with a specialist SEN school in Rugby to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis.  This role involves teaching a KS2 class working at an Early Years level, supporting pupils who follow a semi-formal curriculum pathway. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering and assessing learning that is tailored to meet the individual needs of the pupils.   The Role    Lead a small primary-aged SEN class  Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons  Adapt learning to meet a range of additional needs  Monitor progress and complete assessments and reports  Attend parent evenings and contribute to pupil reviews  Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists and families  Create a positive, nurturing and inclusive learning environment     The Ideal Candidate    Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)  Has experience teaching pupils with additional needs or adapting learning for children working below age-related expectations  Understands how to del...</description>
