A specialist school in Hertfordshire is seeking an exceptional educator to join their team and help shape the future of their pupils through personalised, inclusive, and inspiring teaching. About the Role As an SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education tailored to the individual needs of pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and other complex needs. You will: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum and pre-curriculum frameworks. Create and monitor Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) with appropriately differentiated targets. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, psychologists, social workers, and families. Lead your class team, ensuring effective deployment of resources and a positive, safe learning environment. Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing in line with school policies.
