The school provides a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach, helping pupils who may have struggled in mainstream education to re-engage with learning and achieve success. The Role You will: Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP outcomes. Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Support pupils with SEND, SEMH and additional complex needs. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and wider professionals. Monitor progress and contribute to annual reviews and reports. Help pupils develop confidence, resilience and a positive attitude towards learning.
