This role involves working with a small class of 5 to 8 KS3/4 pupils who are working towards Functional Skills Level Awards, as they are currently at least 2 years behind national expectations. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver tailored educational activities to a class of up to 8 pupils with special educational needs, focusing on Functional Skills Level Awards.Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that accommodate the individual needs and learning styles of each student.Monitor and assess the progress of pupils, adapting teaching methods and materials to meet their evolving needs.Collaborate with other teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to support the overall development and well-being of pupils.Create a supportive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that encourages pupils to engage in the learning process and achieve their potential.
