SEN TeacherDaily Rate - £160-£220 per day (based on salary and proof of pay scale)Location: HorshamJob Type: Part-timeWe are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a mainstream secondary school, focusing on supporting a specific child with their educational needs. This role involves assisting in the writing and planning of personalized educational plans to enhance the learning experience of the child.Day-to-day of the role:Collaborate with other teaching staff to develop tailored educational plans that cater to the specific needs of the child.Implement and adapt educational materials and resources to meet the learning requirements of the child.Monitor and assess the child''s progress, adapting strategies as needed to ensure effective learning outcomes.Provide one-on-one support to the child, focusing on enhancing their academic skills and confidence.Maintain regular communication with parents and other educators about the child''s progress and any changes to educational plans.Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a focus on Special Educational Needs (SEN).Experience in a similar role within a mainstream secondary school environment.Strong understanding of the educational needs and challenges faced by children with SEN.Excellent planning and organizational skills to create effective educational plans.Compassionate and patient approach, with a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.Benefits:Competitive part-time ..... full job details .....
