SEN Teacher Location: Maidstone Area, KentPay: £160 - £250 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)Contract: Full-Time, Long-TermStart Date: ASAP Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join a specialist setting supporting students with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), communication difficulties, and associated learning needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and committed team focused on helping every student achieve their full potential. The Role As an SEN Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs. Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. Support students'' academic, social, and emotional development. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents, and external professionals. Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual targets. Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence and confidence. The Ideal Candidate Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent). Experience teaching students with SEN, particularly Autism and communication needs. Strong understanding of differentiated teaching and inclusive learning strategies. Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
