We are looking for passionate teachers who are committed to supporting pupils with additional needs and creating a positive, engaging and nurturing learning environment.   The Role   As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs, abilities and EHCP outcomes of each pupil. You will work closely with Teaching Assistants, pastoral teams and other professionals to support pupils'' academic, social and emotional development.  The roles may involve supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including  Autism, SEMH, ADHD, complex needs, challenging behaviour, SLD, MLD and communication difficulties .
