This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEN Teacher or a mainstream teacher with a strong interest in working within a specialist environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils, while creating a positive, supportive and inclusive classroom environment. You will work closely with support staff and other professionals to help pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally. The role would suit a teacher who is confident managing a range of additional needs, including Autism, SEMH, ADHD and challenging behaviour , and who can adapt their approach to suit individual pupils.
