The successful teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, structured and engaging learning environment where pupils feel supported and able to make progress. You will adapt teaching and learning to meet individual needs, build strong and trusting relationships, and use positive behaviour strategies to support pupils with emotional regulation and engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about inclusive and specialist education and enjoys working with pupils who may find mainstream education challenging.
