This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is motivated to support pupils with complex needs in a structured, supportive environment.The Role:Teaching and supporting secondary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and additional needsPlanning, delivering, and adapting lessons to meet individual learning needsCreating a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environmentWorking closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and senior leadersMonitoring pupil progress and contributing to EHCP targetsSupporting pupils'' academic, social, and emotional developmentManaging behaviour using trauma-informed and positive behaviour strategiesThe Ideal Candidate:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentExperience teaching students with SEN (mainstream or specialist setting)Strong classroom management and differentiation skillsCalm, patient, and resilient approachA genuine passion for SEN education and inclusive practiceAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamHold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the ..... full job details .....
