Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual SEND profilesAdapt curriculum content and learning materials to meet a wide range of needsProvide a nurturing, structured, and inclusive classroom environmentSupport pupils with personal care, physical needs, or medical routines where requiredDevelop and deliver targeted interventions for communication, social skills, literacy, numeracy, and emotional regulationCollaborate closely with the SENCO, support staff, therapists, and multi-agency teamsMonitor progress against EHCP outcomes and contribute to reviews and assessmentsBuild positive, trusting relationships with pupils and familiesWe Are Looking For Someone Who:Is an experienced SEN Teacher with strong knowledge of SEND strategiesIs confident supporting pupils with personal careHas experience with autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, or complex learning difficultiesDemonstrates calm, nurturing behaviour management and a child-centred approachCan adapt teaching creatively to engage pupils working at a variety of levelsWorks collaboratively and communicates effectively with staff, families, and professionalsIs resilient, reflective, and committed to inclusive educationWhat We Offer:A warm, inclusive, and supportive staff teamA well-resourced SEND provisionRegular CPD and opportunities for professional growthStrong leadership support and a positive school culturePupils who are rewarding to work with and thrive on ..... full job details .....
