All pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan, with individual needs assessed through a range of professionals to ensure they receive appropriate specialist support.The school is looking to appoint a Primary SEN Teacher on a long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful Primary SEN Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons adapted to individual needs, work closely with support staff and contribute to a safe, supportive learning environment where pupils can make progress.The successful Primary SEN Teacher will have: QTS Experience teaching primary-aged pupils Experience supporting children with severe and complex learning difficulties The ability to adapt and differentiate lessons to meet individual needs Strong classroom management and communication skills A patient, resilient and adaptable approach In return for the above ..... full job details .....
