The role involves teaching and taking full responsibility for their teaching, including planning and evidencing progress Key Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality lessons tailored to SEND - Plan and implement personalised learning strategies and interventions - Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour management - Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, parents, and staff - Work collaboratively with support staff, SENDCo, and external agencies - Maintain accurate records of pupil progress, behaviour, and interventions - Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment Job Requirements - Qualified teacher status (QTS) - Experience teaching pupils with SEMH and additional learning needs - Strong behaviour management and restorative practice skills - Ability to plan and deliver differentiated lessons - Excellent communication and teamwork skills...
