This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is committed to making a genuine difference to the educational and personal development of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.The Role As a SEND Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils. You will work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, parents and other professionals to ensure every pupil receives the support and opportunities they need to succeed.You will be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, which may include Autism, ADHD, communication and interaction difficulties, learning difficulties and social, emotional and mental health needs.Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver creative, engaging and appropriately differentiated lessons.Adapt teaching and learning to meet individual pupil needs.Create a positive, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.Monitor and assess pupil progress and contribute to individual education plans.Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and ..... full job details .....
