This role involves teaching pupils across Key Stages 1 to 4 with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), complex physical disabilities, and medical needs. Pupils require highly individualized teaching, sensory-based learning opportunities, and significant adult support to access learning, communication, and daily living activities.Key Responsibilities:Planning and delivering engaging, personalized lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with PMLDCreating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes communication, engagement, and independenceWorking collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, families, and external professionals to support pupil developmentLeading and coordinating a multidisciplinary approach to meeting pupils'' educational, physical, communication, and personal care needsMonitoring and assessing progress against EHCP outcomes and individual learning targetsUsing a range of communication approaches, including AAC, sensory strategies, and intensive interactionContributing to annual reviews, reports, and professional meetingsEssential Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ..... full job details .....
