The Role As an SEN Teacher, you will:Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.Support pupils with SLD, MLD and Autism to develop academically, socially, and emotionally.Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents, and external professionals.Monitor progress and adapt learning strategies to ensure the best outcomes for every pupil.Contribute to EHCP reviews, target setting, and personalised learning plans.The Ideal CandidateQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Experience teaching pupils with SEND, either within mainstream or specialist settings.Strong understanding of Autism, SLD, MLD, and differentiated ..... full job details .....
