This role will also have responsibility as the Pastoral and Behaviour Lead, and will have TLR attached to the position. This will be on a full-time basis and will be on a temp-to-perm basis. As part of the role, there will be protected PPA and relief time to enable the additional responsibilities to be carried out. The school is an SEN School on the outskirts of Rochester, catering to pupils aged 4-11 with Autism. All pupils have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and are supported in a nurturing environment, with the children''s needs at the centre of the school''s ethos.
