About the Role SEN Teacher As an SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting students who may have experienced trauma, exclusion, or significant barriers to learning. You will deliver creative, individualised lessons to small groups of learners, focusing on emotional regulation, engagement, and personal growth as much as academic achievement. You will: Deliver inspiring and adaptable lessons for pupils from KS1 - KS4 with Speech, Language and Communication Difficulties, Autism, ADHD and Severe Social Anxieties? Use a trauma-informed, relationship-based approach to create a safe and positive learning environment. Work closely with Therapists, Pastoral Leads, and Behaviour Mentors as part of a multidisciplinary team.
