You''ll plan and deliver creative, individualised lessons, and work alongside teaching assistants, therapists, families and the wider school team to support pupils'' academic progress as well as their social and emotional development. You''ll also have the opportunity to take on Form Tutor responsibilities, guiding a small team around your pupils to ensure they receive the personalised support they need to succeed. What you''ll be doing Deliver creative, engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with SEN and SEMH. Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment that promotes confidence, independence and outstanding behaviour. Assess, monitor and track progress, using information to shape planning and interventions. Work collaboratively with colleagues, therapists and families to achieve the best outcomes for every pupil.
