What You''ll Do Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons for individuals and small groups, teaching up to GCSE level in a core subject. Create a positive, inclusive classroom where pupils feel safe, valued and inspired to learn. Monitor, assess and celebrate pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs. Develop and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs), Behaviour Plans and personalised learning programmes.
