Working within small classes or on a one-to-one basis, you will create engaging, adaptable learning experiences that support each child''s academic progress alongside their social and emotional development. You will collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that every pupil''s Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) is effectively implemented and reviewed, enabling them to thrive in a safe, structured and supportive environment.Individualised Provision: Develop, implement and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs), behaviour plans and EHCP targets, ensuring learning is tailored to each pupil''s needs.Curriculum Delivery: Plan and teach differentiated lessons across the National Curriculum, adapting content through visual supports, sensory strategies and assistive technology to maximise accessibility and engagement.Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Track, record and report on pupil ..... full job details .....
