This role is ideal for a qualified teacher who believes in inclusive education and wants to make a meaningful difference by supporting pupils with autism, learning difficulties and complex needs in a nurturing, creative environment.As an SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging and supportive learning experience that enables every pupil to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.Key ResponsibilitiesTeach and support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, learning difficulties and complex needs.Plan and deliver engaging, accessible lessons that support both academic progress and personal development.Use a range of creative teaching strategies and resources to meet diverse learning styles and needs.Adapt teaching in line with EHCP outcomes, individual targets and developmental stages.Monitor, assess and record pupil progress, recognising achievement in all areas of development.Support the ..... full job details .....
