What s the role? You ll be leading learning in a specialist setting, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs and helping them build confidence, routine, and progress at their own pace. Your day might include: Teaching pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Autism or PMLD Adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs Managing behaviour with a calm, consistent approach Working closely with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals Whether you''re in a SEN school or PRU, your impact will be felt straight away.
