Sen Teacher

Mere Green Education is currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable SEN Teacher that can teach and to work across schools.

We are looking for a passionate educator who can inspire students, deliver engaging lessons, and support learners in achieving outstanding academic results.

Requirements

• PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Minimum of 1 years'' teaching experience within UK schools or colleges
• Excellent subject knowledge.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• SEN Teaching Experience
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons
• Prepare students for examinations and coursework requirements
• Monitor, assess and track student progress
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and leadership teams
• Promote high standards of achievement and attainment
