Work closely with a strong team of SEN support staff, therapists, and parents. Track progress and contribute to individual learning plans (EHCPs). About you: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or SEN qualification . Strong knowledge of ASD and PMLD and strategies for supporting students with complex needs. Skilled in managing challenging behaviour with a calm, proactive approach. Flexible, creative, and able to adapt quickly to meet student needs.
