The setting supports young adults aged 16-24 with a range of complex needs, including Autism (ASD), learning difficulties, and communication needs, with a strong focus on independence, life skills, and preparing for adulthood. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to deliver meaningful, personalised education in a structured and supportive environment. Your Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to Post-16 learners with SEN Support students in developing life skills, functional skills, and independence Implement and review personalised learning plans and EHCP targets Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders Monitor and track student progress, adapting strategies where needed Build strong relationships with students, families, and external professionals Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with SEN learners, ideally within a Post-16 or specialist setting Strong understanding of Autism, communication needs, and differentiated teaching Excellent behaviour management and ..... full job details .....
