The successful candidate will: Plan and teach engaging lessons, working with small groups and individual students.Prepare teaching materials, take registers, and write detailed reports.Support students in developing confidence and independence, fostering a love of learning.Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain strong communication with parents and carers regarding their children''s progress. Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate will have: A committed and passionate approach to working with students with SEND.A minimum of two years'' experience in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision.QTS/QTLS is essential.
