SEN Teacher KS3 - Oldbury

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive special school in Oldbury for a full-time SEN Teacher to join their team ASAP. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach a KS3 semi-formal class, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs through an engaging, personalised curriculum. The successful candidate will be committed to helping every student reach their full potential while creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. The Role: Full-time SEN Teacher Teaching a KS3 semi-formal class September start Long-term opportunity within a well-established special school Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and the wider school team The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Have previous experience working within a special school or with pupils with Special Educational Needs Be confident in adapting teaching to meet a range of learning needs Have excellent classroom management and communication skills Be passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of young people What You Will Be Doing: Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students Delivering small group or one to one catch up sessions Supporting pupils according to their individual needs Working with the class teacher to plan, evaluate and adjust lessons All rates are inclusive of holiday pay Only suitable candidates will be ..... full job details .....
