This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified teacher with a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.Key Responsibilities:Delivering high-quality lessons to students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and more.Creating and implementing tailored Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.Differentiating lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students in your care.Collaborating with teaching assistants, support staff, and SENCOs to provide the best possible learning environment for students.Monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.Promoting a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.Working closely with external agencies and professionals to support students'' development.What We''re Looking For:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with children, ideally in a SEN setting.Passion for working with students with special educational needs and a strong commitment to their academic and ..... full job details .....
