An Alternative Provision in High Wycombe is seeking committed SEN Teachers to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. This is a chance to work with secondary-aged learners who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The provision is dedicated to helping students re-engage with learning through tailored, meaningful and inspiring education and they re looking for Teachers who share that mission. SEN Teacher The Role Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons for secondary learners Creating a safe, supportive and consistent learning environment Building positive relationships that encourage confidence, resilience and progress Working collaboratively with a skilled, nurturing team Committing to a full-time, Monday Friday role with long-term continuity in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire What We re Looking For in a SEN Teacher Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching secondary-aged learners Strong understanding of SEMH needs and trauma-informed practice Ability to adapt teaching to meet individual needs A calm, empathetic and proactive approach Full-time availability and commitment to a long-term position Commutable to High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire Why This Provision?
