This is a chance to work with secondary-aged learners who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. SEN Teacher The Role Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons for secondary learners Creating a safe, supportive and consistent learning environment Building positive relationships that encourage confidence, resilience and progress Working collaboratively with a skilled, nurturing team Committing to a full-time, Monday Friday role with long-term continuity in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire What We re Looking For in a SEN Teacher Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching secondary-aged learners Strong understanding of SEMH needs and trauma-informed practice Ability to adapt teaching to meet individual needs A calm, empathetic and proactive approach Full-time availability and commitment to a long-term position Commutable to High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire Why This Provision?
