Are you a passionate and engaging-SEN Teacher looking for your next opportunity? A fantastic Primary SEN school in Edgware-is seeking a dedicated SEN teacher to join their team.

This role involves teaching a small class-of pupils with-ASD, PMLD,-and associated-complex needs. The school prides itself on providing a supportive, nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their potential.

SEN Teacher Role:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with ASD, PMLD, SLCN & Complex needs.

• Create a safe, structured, and stimulating classroom environment.

• Use positive behaviour management strategies to support students effectively.

• Work closely with a strong team of SEN support staff, therapists, and parents.

• Track progress and contribute to individual learning plans (EHCPs).

About you:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or SEN qualification-.

• Strong knowledge of ASD & PMLD-and strategies for supporting students with complex needs.

• Skilled in managing challenging behaviour with a calm, proactive approach.

• Flexible, creative, and able to adapt quickly to meet student needs.

• Committed to promoting inclusion and high expectations for all learners.
