As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored support to pupils with a variety of SEN needs
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement individual learning plans
- Foster a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment
- Encourage independence and confidence in pupils
- Support with personal care and emotional wellbeing where required

What Were Looking For:
- Enthusiastic, patient, and caring individuals
- Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning
- A genuine passion for inclusive education
