Class Size: Up to 8 pupils, with 3 Teaching Assistants
Location: Romford, RM1

Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-Time, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Contract: Temp-to-Perm
Salary: Paid to scale

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
-Design and deliver tailored lessons for pupils with autism and other complex needs.
-Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
-Collaborate with Ta''s and support staff to meet pupils developmental needs.
-Adapt teaching strategies based on individual progress.

Requirements:
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Open to Primary, Secondary, and SEN teachers.
-Experience with Autism, PMLD, and severe learning needs.
-Compassionate, proactive approach with strong teamwork skills.
-DBS on the update service and right to work in the UK.
