SEN Teacher - Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

Tradewind is currently supporting a specialist school in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team from September 2025.

This full-time position is based within a well-resourced and inclusive provision, catering to students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN
• Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists and SENCOs to create inclusive learning environments
• Use a variety of communication and behaviour strategies to support pupil engagement
• Track progress and contribute to EHCP reviews and reports
• Foster a positive, safe and structured classroom atmosphere
