Tradewind are recruiting for a Secondary SEN Teacher to join a supportive SEN provision in Barking & Dagenham. This role involves teaching KS3-KS4 pupils with SEMH and ASD, preparing them for GCSEs and functional skills.
The role:
Deliver tailored lessons across English, Maths and Life Skills
Use de-escalation strategies and behaviour support plans
Work closely with the SENCO, therapists and parents
Requirements:
QTS, preferably with secondary specialism
Experience teaching SEN / alternative provision
Strong classroom management and restorative practice approach
