SEN Teacher

Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience)

We are currently working with a well-regarded special school in Luton that is seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The school is open to applicants available immediately or for a September 2025 start.

The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated teacher who can:

• Deliver engaging, accessible lessons tailored to diverse SEND profiles

• Foster a calm, supportive classroom environment using positive behaviour strategies

• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and senior staff

• Build strong, supportive relationships with parents and carers

• Bring creativity, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset to the classroom

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)

• Experience with SEND either in a mainstream or special school setting

• A proactive, compassionate, and resilient approach to teaching

• Strong communication and organisational skills
