We are working with a welcoming primary school in Acton who are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team from September, for the full academic year.
This role will be based within the school''s specialist provision, which supports children aged 4-11 with a range of communication and neurodevelopmental needs, including autism and additional learning difficulties. The provision is an integral part of the school, closely linked with the mainstream setting, and offers places for up to 21 pupils.
The successful candidate will:
Deliver high-quality, personalised teaching and learning for pupils with SEND
Work collaboratively with a strong support team, including experienced SEN TAs
Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual needs and EHCP targets
