The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic SEN Teacher who can:
Deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching tailored to individual needs
Plan and assess using EHCP targets and individual learning plans
Foster a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment
Work effectively with support staff, therapists, and parents/carers
Demonstrate resilience, creativity, and a commitment to pupil progress
What We''re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS
Proven experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a specialist setting
A good understanding of ASD, communication needs, and/or SEMH
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and a strong commitment to inclusion
