The successful candidate will be passionate about inclusive education and committed to creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment where every pupil can thrive. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver personalised, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils individual needs and abilities. Support pupils academic, social, emotional and communication development. Implement and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and EHCP outcomes. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents and other professionals. Use appropriate strategies to support communication, sensory needs and positive behaviour.
