We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher Assistant to work full time at a special needs school based in Chiswick. This special needs school work towards creating a safe and vibrant learning community where each learner can have the opportunity to reach their full potential with confidence.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
- Ensure a personalised approach when support each learner
- Understand how ASD can create barriers to learning and how to overcome them
- Use positive behaviour techniques to encourage learner progression
- Encourage self regulation
