You will work collaboratively with the SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), teaching assistants, and other professionals to create individualised learning plans, ensuring all students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality, differentiated lessons for students with a range of special educational needs. Develop and implement personalised learning strategies to support students with diverse needs. Work closely with the SENCo and wider team to monitor and track students'' progress.
