SEN TEACHER

Location: Sittingbourne / Swale Area
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday-Friday
Setting: Mainstream Primary School
Contract: Full-time

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a welcoming mainstream school in the Sittingbourne/Swale area, supporting pupils with special educational needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to ensuring that pupils with additional needs receive the right support to access learning, develop their confidence and achieve their potential.

• Previous experience teaching or supporting pupils with SEN

• Experience working within a mainstream school environment

• A strong understanding of SEN provision and inclusive education

• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach

• The ability to differentiate learning to meet individual needs

• QTS or relevant teaching qualifications preferred

• Driving is preferred, although candidates who can reliably travel by public transport will be considered

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Full-time, standard school hours.
