SEN Teacher - Islington, EnglandSalary:GBP40000 - GBP60000 per annumStart Date: April 2026Contract: Full-time, Monday to FridayLength: 12 months - Temp to Perm We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our well-established and highly regarded special school in Islington, catering for pupils aged 9-18 with Learning Difficulties, Autism, and associated behaviours.This role is for a full-time class teacher working with a small, well-supported class of 8 pupils aged 9-18 years. You will be part of a collaborative and experienced team that places the wellbeing, progress, and individuality of every child at the heart of its practice.The Role:Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with complex needsCreating a structured, nurturing, and inclusive learning environmentWorking closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and senior leaders to support pupil progressImplementing and reviewing EHCP targets and individual learning plansSupporting pupils'' social, emotional, and behavioural developmentThe Ideal Candidate:A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with experience or a strong interest in SENUnderstanding of Autism and learning difficulties, with a child-centred approachCalm, resilient, and committed to building positive relationshipsConfident working with small classes and personalised curriculumEnthusiastic about professional development and collaborative working If you are a compassionate and motivated teacher looking to make a ..... full job details .....
