SEN Teacher - Canterbury

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for your next opportunity in Canterbury?
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a number of specialist SEN schools across Canterbury who are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Teachers to join their teams on a full-time basis. These schools support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Complex Needs.
The Role: SEN Teacher
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and wider school staff.
- Support pupils'' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Contribute to EHCP targets and pupil progress reviews.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential.
- Previous SEN teaching experience is highly desirable.
- Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.
- A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach.
- Availability to work 5 days per week.
