You''ll play a key role in helping pupils build confidence, overcome barriers to learning and celebrate every achievement, no matter how big or small.Whether you''re an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant or have transferable skills from care, youth work, support work or experience studying psychology we''d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping them to engage with learning and reach their full potential.Work alongside teachers to deliver creative and inclusive learning activities.Support children with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech and Language needs and learning difficulties.Adapt resources and learning strategies to meet individual needs.Encourage independence, confidence and positive behaviour through patience and consistency.Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, teachers and families.Support with personal care or specialist equipment where required.What We''re Looking ForExperience ..... full job details .....
